The EIE Educational Advisory Board brings together educators and experienced workforce leaders across a variety of industries to guide the program's direction and inspire new ideas. By combining the perspectives from education and the professional world the board helps EIE prepare students through their educational journey with the skills, experience, and confidence needed to be successful.
EDUCATION ADVISORY COUNCIL
Brian Sugerman
Director of Student Leadership & Experiential Learning, Mariemont City Schools
Brian Sugerman is the Director of Student Leadership & Experiential Learning at Mariemont City Schools, bringing 18 years of experience in education, including his start as an elementary classroom teacher. Throughout his career, Brian has focused on creating opportunities for students that extend learning beyond the traditional classroom and prepare them for life, not just graduation.

Brian leads Warriors BEyond, Mariemont’s K–12 experiential learning initiative designed to help students discover their interests, develop leadership and life skills, explore careers, and connect their learning to experiences beyond the classroom. A significant part of his work centers on developing partnerships with businesses, nonprofits, colleges, and community organizations to create meaningful career exploration and real-world professional experiences for students.

Brian believes schools and businesses must work together more intentionally to prepare students for an ever-changing future. He is excited to bring an educator’s perspective to the Educational Advisory Board while learning alongside industry and workforce leaders who share a commitment to preparing young people for what comes next.

Outside of his professional work, Brian is a proud husband and father, roles that continue to shape his perspective on education, leadership, and the opportunities we create for the next generation.
Dr. Andrea J. Milani
Founder & CEO, Bridges to Achievement
Dr. Milani is passionate about helping every student succeed—especially those who need extra support and accommodations. After over 15 years of experience guiding students with learning differences, she founded Bridges to Achievement in 2025 to provide personalized academic tutoring and life coaching tailored to each learner’s unique needs.

As the former Director of the Institute for Learning Differences and Office of Student Accessibility at Thomas More University, Dr. Milani worked closely with students facing challenges like ADHD, dyslexia, and anxiety. She understands that success isn’t one-size-fits-all, and she’s dedicated to removing barriers so students can build the skills, confidence, and resilience they need to thrive both in school and beyond.

At Bridges to Achievement, Dr. Milani combines expert instruction with compassionate coaching, focusing on the whole student—helping learners find hope, discover their strengths, and unlock their full potential.

Her mission is simple: to empower every student to succeed, no matter their challenges.
Andrew L. Bailey
Director of Student Success, Bridges to Achievement (Co-Founder)
As Co-Founder, and Director of Student Success at Bridges to Achievement, Andrew combines his passion for teaching with strategic leadership to provide personalized support and meaningful opportunities for growth.

Andrew specializes in middle and high school general education, HSPT/ACT/SAT test preparation, executive functioning support, college advising, Catholic Religion curriculum, and collegiate Humanities and Social Sciences support.
​
Known for his patient, student-centered approach, Mr. Bailey is passionate about helping students build confidence, strengthen critical thinking skills, and become thoughtful, engaged contributors to their communities.
INDUSTRY ADVISORY COUNCIL
Rachel Dendiu
Government, Defense, & Technology
Rachel is an organizational leader and strategic advisor with 20 years of experience helping organizations, teams, and individuals turn potential into meaningful progress.
​
Her career has spanned the federal government, defense, consulting, technology, and nonprofit sectors, including leadership roles with the Office of the Secretary of Defense, Booz Allen Hamilton, and an overseas assignment directing a 325-person organization.
​
Throughout her career Rachel has specialized in bringing people together, developing strong teams and partnerships, helping others identify opportunities, and navigate paths toward growth. She holds a master’s degree in International Affairs from Florida State University. She is passionate about mentorship, lifelong learning, and helping young people discover their strengths, broaden their sense of what is possible, building lives of purpose and impact.

Aidan Dorman
Industrial Automation & Manufacturing Technology
Aidan is an accomplished leader in the industrial automation and manufacturing technology industry, with extensive experience across sales, business development, operations, and executive leadership.
Throughout his career, he has worked at the intersection of tech, manufacturing, and workforce needs, providing a strong understanding of how evolving industries are shaping the skills employers need today and in the future. His perspective brings insight into the rapidly evolving world of automation where tech continues to reshape careers and the skills required to succeed.
Eric Kraft
Healthcare & Life Sciences
Eric is an MBA graduate of the University of Cincinnati Linder College of Business. Since 2018 he has led the brand strategy and execution on his teams at Eli Lilly, AtriCure, Cristcot and Mammotome. His strong belief in collaboration and inclusivity are a foundational part to his approach in fostering an environment where his team can thrive.
Eric currently works in the life sciences as a Brand Director, Health Care Provider Marketing in gastroenterology. He’s had the pleasure to work in both medical device and pharmaceutical areas.
His career actually started in music education because he wanted to make a difference in some small way for the people he taught. The lasting impact that his students made on Eric led him on a journey to try to help more people.
Eric is tremendously excited to be a part of EIE to help others continue to reach for their goals!
